  • All items sold are made available via immediate download link or will be shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days. The cost of shipping is added to all orders for physical product. When your package is shipped we will email you a link to track your shipment. Additional shipping charges will be applied to all orders outside the 48 states.   • Additional shipping charges apply to interntaionol orders. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Twisted Entertainment is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • Returns Policy Overview You may return new, unopened items sold and shipped by Twisted Entertainment, LLC within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, less cost of shipping. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. You are responsible for paying the cost of shipping both ways. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks from the date you ship it back.
